DELHI-SOLAC coated tubing is renowned for its quality and durability.

DELHI-SOLAC presently manufactures DELHI DOUBLE-LIFE™ (see handling) tubing made from pre-coated GALVALUME™ steel strip, as well as DELHI PRE-GALV® (see handling) tubing made from pre-galvanized steel strip. True to its name, DELHI DOUBLE-LIFE™ tubing lasts twice as long as galvanized tubing because of its GALVALUME™ corrosion resistant coating.

GALVALUME™ is an alloy consisting of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and the balance is silicon. It provides both a corrosion barrier and heat resistance, similar to aluminum-coated steel. It also has good bare edge galvanic protection and excellent forming qualities. GALVALUME™ coated tubing stands up to the most severe conditions. It is also readily weldable using conventional resistance and welding processes.

Galvanized tubing is an excellent product for applications not requiring extra corrosion resistance.

Galvanized and GALVALUME™ tubing are both available with an acrylic lacquer coating for extra protection and durability.

DELHI-SOLAC tubing can be swaged, bent or formed without harming its finish. The tubing is available in round, oval, square or rectangular shapes, in 5/8" to 3" OD.
